In this role you will be responsible for the purchase of packaging and materials for Australia wide manufacture of our clients popular product. You will also be involved with the maintenance and enhancement of existing manufacturing processes relating to purchasing, documentation, reporting and supplier relations. Versatility is required plus the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all stakeholders involving production, purchasing, new product development, external suppliers, quality and accounts payable. You will need the customers priorities and production needs, while keeping a close and considered eye on the bottom line - always with a view to minimising costs and maximising profits.
